Learn more about how to use your insurance benefits to cover nutrition counseling.

Self pay options available.

I will collect some information from you including nutrition concerns, payment information, insurance information and privacy/HIPAA forms. You can book your session here

In this first session, we explore your labs (if applicable), your nutrition-related health history and your eating habits.  We then develop a personalized plan just for you.

If you plan to work with me for multiple sessions (which I find to be most successful) you get set up with my meal tracking app so you can track what you are eating and how its making you feel. Where appropriate, I set nutritional targets for you based on your goals. We review this during follow-ups and address any new and ongoing concerns you have. We reflect on your goals and progress.

My Food Philosophy

The Plant Forward Approach

My approach to nutrition is plant forward. This is a non-diet approach to plant based nutrition that emphasizes plant-based foods like vegetables and fruits, plant-based proteins, whole grains, nuts and seeds, herbs and spices and plant oils without necessarily eliminating animal products completely. Plant forward diets are helpful for managing blood pressure, cholesterol, kidney disease, and overall nutrition.  Don't worry I won't make you eat tofu if you don't like it!
