Returns
Because each piece is handmade and often one-of-a-kind, returns must be requested within one week of in person purchase, or two weeks of delivery date if shipped. Returns may only be accepted under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn or unused and returned in original condition
- Return requests must be made within one week of in person sale or two weeks of delivery date.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Seller retains right to new return if product not in proper condition.
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale:
- Custom or commissioned pieces
- Sale or discounted items
Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations and irregularities are part of the work and are not considered defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. I’ll do my best to make it right.
