Practice Policies

We require 24 hour notice to make changes to appointments. Being 10 or more minutes late is considered a no show.

$75 – Cancellation Fee. This will apply if you do not rebook your session for a time slot within 10 business days of the missed appointment and is for any changes made up to your appointment start time.

$75 – No Show Fee. This is for any session that is missed without advanced notice of your appointment start time and being more than 10 minutes late to any scheduled appointment.

$20 – Rescheduling Fee. This will apply if you rebook and keep your session for a time slot within 10 business days, from the original appointment, this is for any changes made up to your appointment start time.

WHY WE CHARGE FEES

The practice is reserving your space and can only see one patient at a time. Without notice, the space cannot be rebooked.

COMMUNICATION

We kindly ask that you use the client portal to manage your appointments and communicate with your provider as soon as a conflict arises.

PAYMENTS

You will be invoiced for all fees and can pay the invoice within the specified period of time otherwise, we will charge the card on file per office policy.  Payment for fees should be paid prior to obtaining future services.

INSURANCE VERIFICATION

Due to the wide variety of insurance plans, we are unable verify insurance benefits. We ask that you call your insurance company to verify your individual plan coverage by asking about your benefits following the script provider. Your credit card will be charged for any payments, co-payments, co-insurance and any other charges related to gaps in insurance coverage or additional non-reimbursable services.
